Its a great place to shop on line thank you for the good service . however , the shipping is another matter. I received a case of shotgun shells blown out ,missing 10 rounds. a complete joke for a shipping company (FED EX) to allow this to take place without any recourse.

I am unclear if I received return of points for returned products and/or that I did not screw up the use of my points. It would be nice if there was a way to see the flow of point$ accrued and used and then returned to my account.
