5.56mm 62 Grain M855 Green Tip FMJ

This is Lake City M855 Green Tip Penetrator ammunition. Winchester M855 features a reloadable brass case with non-corrosive boxer primer. The bullet is 62 grain and copper jacketed with a 2 piece core, a hard steel penetrator in the front of the core and a lead knocker in the rear of the core. This is the ideal ammo for AR-15 target shooting, and high volume marksmanship practice

This XM855 ammunition is loaded to NATO specifications. It is not intended for use in commercial bolt-action rifles chambered in 223 Remington. The full metal jacket bullets feature a steel core and green penetrating tip. Brass cases are reloadable.
