I’ve made purchases with Rogers, but rewards are not showing in Checkout. Why is that?
You must be logged in to your Rogers account for any rewards balance to display. In addition, you must accrue at least $5 worth of rewards in order to be able to redeem your rewards.

Your rewards balance can be found in checkout or in your Account.
How do I make sure purchases made in-store or over the phone earn me rewards points?
Rewards are added to your account when you purchase over the phone or instore. Your sales associate will check your account and add your points.
